FLORIDA CLASSES
We offer the following classes for offenses for Non Residents of Florida with a DUI In Florida.
If you are a resident of Florida with a DUI in Florida, the DMV requires you to take the class in person locally.
Note Regarding Florida Courts
While we have had Florida residents successfully use our program to satisfy the Courts in Florida, it is on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed, which is why we highly suggest preapproval.

** Please note that if you live in a state other than Florida and your states minimum hours for DUI Class are higher than what the state of Florida requires, you should take the higher number of hours to avoid future issues when going to reinstate your license.
