NEW JERSEY CLASSES
Please be advised that the New Jersey Division of Addiction Services,
Intoxicated Driving Program (DAS/IDP), does not accept online evaluations or Driving Under the Influence (DUI) courses.
Out-of-State: If your offense occurred in New Jersey but you reside/are licensed in another State you may be able to take our class/evaluations in certain situations. Please contact the State of New Jersey Intoxicated Drivers Program at 609-588-7354 to determine eligibility to take the course/evaluation or click here for more information about New Jersey requirements.

** Please note that if you live in a state other than New Jersey and your states minimum hours for DUI Class are higher than what the state of New Jersey requires, you should take the higher number of hours to avoid future issues when going to reinstate your license.
